At MUubie, we strive to create a respectful and safe environment for all of our riders and drivers. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable ride, we ask that all riders be respectful of their drivers and fellow passengers.

Our ride share app includes an SOS button, which you can use to contact emergency services if ever you feel threatened or unsafe during a ride. Additionally, all of our drivers go through a thorough background check before being approved to drive for MUubie. Your safety and peace of mind are our number one concern.

When using Muubie, please rate your driver at the end of each ride. This helps us maintain our high standards of service and ensure the best experience for all of our customers. You may also choose to leave a tip for your driver if you feel they went above and beyond to make your ride exceptional.

At MUubie, we understand that life happens and sometimes plans change. That’s why we offer a No Show Fee, giving you the flexibility you need when using our public transportation service. If you need to cancel your ride, simply let us know before the scheduled pickup time to avoid any fees. Our priority is to make your transportation experience as stress-free as possible. At MUubie, we want to ensure that each and every ride is a pleasant one. However, in the event that a passenger becomes ill during a ride, we have a vomit fee in place to make sure our drivers are compensated for the extra cleaning required. The fee amount varies based on the amount of cleaning needed, but we take care of it quickly and discreetly to ensure our vehicles are always clean and fresh for the next ride.
